Ms. Dominique Hernández has a vast experience in the diplomatic and governmental sectors, and has been the liaison between enterprises and institutions worldwide. She is experienced in the organization of international events, ministerial visits, bilateral meetings and international agendas, while analyzing public policies on Science & Innovation, Anticorruption, and Transparency & Competition. In the private sector, she’s experienced in coordinating Trade & Investment Missions, developing market research, planning the opening of physical stores and logistics for online sales, having direct contact with suppliers and distributors, as well as participating and coordinating International Fairs.

She has led several projects and Trade & Investment Missions for Manitoba Trade & Investment, Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, Swiss Global Enterprise, Irish Mexican Chamber, IDA Ireland, Bord Bia, AIMMAP Portugal, PROESA El Salvador & various companies around the world.

Dominique holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, by Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM-CEM), with studies in Politics and Economics of the European Union, French Culture, and International Communication, by L’Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers (ESSCA Angers & ESSCA Paris). She has participated in different courses and seminars of Foreign Trade & Investment. She is fluent in English, French and Portuguese, with intermediate knowledge of German, and has Spanish as her native language.
